PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy is an important part of the management of your injury, including pre- and post-operative care.

Physiotherapy prior to surgery can help to improve your surgical outcome, assist in an easier recovery, and get you back to your daily activities and sports sooner by keeping your injured joint mobile and strong.

After surgery, your physiotherapist will work with you to gain your function and mobility back as soon as possible.  Physiotherapists will also make recommendations for any needs you may require after your surgery, such as canes or walkers.
